Michael Fusco, CPPAChief Executive Officer
Michael A. Fusco began his career with Public Adjusters Corporation in Albany, NY in 1979 as a Claims Associate, Building Estimator and Contents Inventory Specialist. After being promoted to New England Regional Manger he successfully managed new offices in Connecticut, Maine and New Hampshire. In 1988, seeing there was an open market in the Southeast, Michael expanded the organization to include a second corporate headquarters in Atlanta and was named President of the company. At this time he also passed the rigorous testing required to become a certified Professional Public Adjuster by the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.
In 2005, Michael expanded the company goals to include international claims management, forming WorldClaim Global Claims Management. He is currently the CEO and holds licenses in 12 states, as well as Canada and the Caribbean Islands. Michael serves on numerous committees for the National Apartment Association and the Atlanta Apartment Association, with WorldClaim as the only public adjusting company to be a member of their elite National Suppliers Council. Not only is Michael one the industries most respected authorities in the field of Public Adjusting, he has successfully lobbied the states of Georgia, Maine and North Carolina for the standardization of licensing and practices in the Public Adjusting Industry. Michael attended Boston University and graduated from the Risk Management Institute of Warwick, Rhode Island.

Andrew J. Fusco, AIC, CMCA, SCLAChief Operating Officer
Andrew J. Fusco is Chief Operating Officer of WorldClaim Global Claims Management, one of the most prominent Public Adjusting firms in North America. Prior to founding WorldClaim Global Claims Management with his brother Michael A. Fusco, after finding a need for a Public Adjusting firm with an international focus, Andrew was Vice-President of the New York headquarters of Public Adjusters Corporation. There he managed and negotiated multi-million dollar insurance claims on commercial and residential properties. During that period he opened three new offices in Connecticut, Maine and New Hampshire and helped the company develop its strong New England clientele base.
He served as the President of the Capital District Rental Properties Association, is an educator in the public adjusting field for the Building Owners Management Association and a member of the National Apartment Association. He was a Membership Recruitment Committee Member for the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and he holds licensing from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. Andrew is certified in Building Damage Estimating, is licensed as a Public Adjuster in thirteen states and is also a certified Associate in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America.

Brandon LewisPresident
President Brandon Lewis joined WorldClaim to develop and manage our Agent and Broker Partnership Program. This program was created to initiate positive and proactive relationships with insurance professionals while providing education on the Public Adjusting industry. Brandon also brought his extensive knowledge of business structure and procedures to our offices, creating a new, more organized workflow and streamlining our claims process.

Gloria MillerDirector of Operations
Gloria came to WorldClaim after working as a Public Adjuster in Florida, bringing more than 15 years of experience to our firm. She began as a contents and loss of use specialist, working with commercial and residential claims. Gloria now manages our Commercial and Residential Large Loss Divisions, and plays an integral role in developing our in-house claims practices and operating systems.

Mike WeinseinOf Council
Mike Weinsein has more than 10 years experience as an attorney. Most recently, Mike spent five years as the Director of HR & Associate Genera Counsel at InTown Suites, an extended-stay hotel company with more than 130 hotels in 21 states. In this position, he was responsible for all legal, human resources, and risk management issues. He successfully secured insurance coverage on a number of property claims, and directed and managed numerous litigation matters.
Prior to InTown Suites, Mike was the Associate Director, Corporate Compliance for Fidelis Care, a health maintenance organization in Queens, NY. He authored and implemented the organization’s compliance program and ensured compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations. Mike also worked as a Staff Attorney for the Olsten Corporation, which was North America’s largest temporary services provider.

Julie FeltesFinancial Officer
Julie Feltes has owned Feltes Accounting Services since 1989. Feltes Accounting provides accounting services that include but not limited to general ledger and financial statement preparation and compilation, bookkeeping (monthly, quarterly or annually), payroll processing and cash flow budgeting and forecasting.
Julie graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in business, majoring in accounting and finance.

Sara SzambelanDirector of Information Technology
Sara was brought on by WorldClaim to control the design and implementation of our Customer Relationship Management system. She customized the software to best suit the needs of WorldClaim and its clients, and once the program was launched, she began to provide sales training on the system and end-user support. She came to WorldClaim after working for American Airlines at the Manager of Financial Systems where she developed their Financial Information System. Sara graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Bill HughesExecutive General Adjuster
Bill Hughes is our in-house structural expert, preparing multi-million dollar structural estimates. He has more than 17 years in the independent adjusting industry before he crossed over to join WorldClaim. Previously, he was the Director of Claims for Lloyd’s Assurance of Louisiana and a Regional Claims Manager for AIG. He holds both his Public Adjusting license and remains a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and enjoys spending his time outdoors either boating or on the golf course.

Tom FarnellExecutive General Adjuster
Tom Farnell brings more than 28 years of insurance adjusting experience to WorldClaim, straight from Allstate Insurance Company. There he worked as a Senior Property Adjuster and Staff Claim Analyst, the highest level tier of Allstate property adjusters. He adjusted large property losses and coordinated their on-location catastrophe offices. Tom now manages the WorldClaim Residential Large Loss Division.

Robert Miller participated on the Allstate Insurance Catastrophe Team for more than 20 years where he worked to inspect and settle damage claims to restore the lives of catastrophe victims. Robert is a senior public adjuster with WorldClaim and specializes in the home owner division.

Pat FarrellBusiness Interruption and Contents Specialist
Before joining WorldClaim Global Claims Management, Pat spent twenty-six years with Sears Roebuck and Co. as Investment Accounting Manager of the Sears Profit Sharing Fund and Data Manager for Outside Benefit Vendors. He then partnered with WorldClaim, becoming our in-house business interruption and business personal property specialist for our Commercial Large Loss Division. Pat graduated from Mankato State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with minors in Accounting and Economics.

Anne ShimkusRelocation Specialist
Anne manages the relocation process for the Residential Large and Small Loss Divisions. She secures temporary accommodations for homeowners and handles their additional living expenses through securing payment from the insurance company and managing advance. This ensures the client has a steady disaster fund in place while the claim is being settled.

Jonathan PennNational Loss Consultant
Jonathan Penn came to the WorldClaim team in 2006 from Morgan Stanley, where he acted as one of their top financial advisors. Jonathan’s extensive background as a money manager helps him relate to our clients on a financial level, in turn making a substantial difference in expanding our local client base. He graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and later earned his Public Adjusting license from the state of Georgia.
