TC INVEST - GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO ENSURE YOUR INTRESTS ARE ALWAYS PROTECTED Hurricane survivors weigh in: TCInvest is working expeditiously with the local community to ensure the best assistance to their housing customers for rebuilding after hurricane Ike. On October the 2nd TCInvest hosted the first of a series of town hall meetings geared towards engaging in conversation with the local community customers to assist in the development and rebuilding of local homes and businesses. To cater for all customers that have been effected by the recent hurricanes, TCInvest held meetings in Grand Turk’s Ona Glinton Primary School Auditorium and the new TCInvest office located at Cinema Plaza Providenciales; In addition TCInvest flew customers from South and North Caicos to attend the Provo meeting and gain feedback in the process of insurance claims against damages and losses to their properties. TCInvest’ management team took the initiative to “partner” with WorldClaim Global Claims Management, to provide their professional insurance expertise in the claims process and hence, ensure that TCInvest customers get the highest plausible payouts towards their “after-Ike” rebuilding efforts. Mr. Jones states that “for some years now, TCInvest have taken two group insurance policies on behalf of its housing customers on an interest-free basis, which is repaid over the insurance year.” This initiative has consequently ensured the protection of over 250 TCI properties across Grand Turk, South Caicos, North Caicos and Providenciales, particularly after the damage suffered from Hurricane Ike. WorldClaim is primarily a North American Public Adjusting firm operating out of 12 offices, 11 of which are in 9 North American cities and 1 in Grand Cayman. WorldClaim specializes in the insurance claims process by maximizing clients’ recovery and expediting the claims process while maintaining excellent risk relations with the insurance carrier. The WorldClaim team brings experiences from many disasters, including Hurricane Katrina, Ivan and Andrew. TCInvest’ management is confident this business alliance will foremost ease the burden of its affected customers and ultimately help customers some of the economic impact from damages caused by Ike.
