Andrew J. Fusco, AIC, SCLAChief Operating Officer
Andrew J. Fusco is Chief Operating Officer of WorldClaim Global Claims Management, one of the most prominent Public Adjusting firms in North America. Prior to founding WorldClaim Global Claims Management with his brother Michael A. Fusco, after finding a need for a Public Adjusting firm with an international focus, Andrew was Vice-President of the New York headquarters of Public Adjusters Corporation. There he managed and negotiated multi-million dollar insurance claims on commercial and residential properties. During that period he opened four new offices in Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire and Georgia and helped the company develop its strong New England clientele base.
He served as the President of the Capital District Rental Properties Association, is an educator in the insurance field for the Building Owners Management Association and a member of the National Apartment Association. Previously, he was a certified microbial claims adjuster for IAQ. He has held designations for The American Institute for CPCU (AICPCU) and the Insurance Institute of America (IIA). Andrew is certified in Building Damage Estimating, is licensed as a Public Adjuster in twenty states and is also a certified Associate in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America.

Christopher KieperVice President of Sales
Christopher J. Kieper has been a licensed public adjuster since 1999. From 1999 through 2003 Chris focused on contents inventories at all levels including residential, industrial and commercial properties. After working as a content inventory specialist for several years, Chris was promoted to the Vice President of Sales in 2003. Since then, he has managed teams of associates in catastrophes’ all over the U.S and abroad. Chris has been a member of the New York Public Adjuster Association since 2001.
Prior to WorldClaim Chris managed a large linen business. He developed that company’s entry into the personal fire clothing restoration business.

Nicole GentileDirector of Operations
Nicole Gentile joined WorldClaim to manage our client and business relationships. She continues to focus on the management of our in house claim practices and operating systems. She came to WorldClaim after working for Affiliated Computer Services where she developed her business skills by creating and implementing training and departmental operating procedures to improve productivity and quality, and assisting with the research, planning and training of an off- shore collections worksite.
Nicole graduated from Utica College with a Bachelors Degree from Syracuse University in Business Management.

Robert Marshall Sr.Director of Communications
Robert began working in the public adjusting business in 1988 as a Dispatcher and Communications Director. He is responsible for the directions of the sales staff. As an IT professional he manages all aspects of radio, phone and computer programming and repair.
Between 1978 & 1984 served in the United States Army stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and NY Army National Guard 210th Armor, Albany NY. Bob was editor of Capital District Rental Property Owners monthly newsletter.

Patricia FuscoOffice Manager
Patricia ended her 43 years in the telecommunication industry at AT&T as National Training Manager in charge of regional sales and technical training instructors for account executives and technicians. Prior to AT &T she began her career as a Customer Care Center Manager in charge of telemarketing representatives and collections of bills for equipment, local and long distance service for 3.1 million dollar revenue.
Pat joined WorldClaim five years ago and handles all in house Human Resource and personnel matters.

Kathy Biondo-Palaski, CPA, CIA
Kathy has more than fifteen years experience in the field of accounting and auditing. She has worked for public accounting and private corporations as well as the NYS Thruway Authority. She is currently the treasurer at the Niskayuna School Districts PTO council, and Vice-President of her sons elementary school’s PTO.
Kathy graduated from Siena College, and her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the College of St. Rose

She also provides assistance to both our residential and commercial clients in helping to secure temporary housing accommodations; serving as their relocation specialist.

Ronald BessSenior Executive Adjuster
Ronald Bess has been a licensed public adjuster since 1989. He began his career by working on building estimates for all local and national claims. As Senior Executive Adjuster, Ron, has been a team leader involved with all major catastrophes’ all over the U.S and abroad.
Prior to becoming a licensed public adjuster, Ron gained his expertise in the construction industry with 21 years of experience. He was a Construction Manager running multimillion dollar commercial projects in South Florida. Ron also served in the United States Marine Corp and is a Vietnam Veteran.

Aline KieperSenior Executive Adjuster
Aline has been in the insurance industry for 15 years. She is a licensed public adjuster that has been involved with various local and regional losses both commercial and residential. As a Senior Executive Adjuster, Aline has supported and been involved with international loss recovery for all major catastrophes. She is currently on the board of New York Capital Region Apartment Association located in Albany, NY.

Guy brings extensive knowledge of business process improvement and quality assurance programs to our organization. Guy is a Licensed Public Adjuster and is responsible to develop and manage our Emergency Loss Plan program to proactively ensure that Property Management Companies, Commercial, Industrial and Residential property owners have adequate coverage and detailed property documentation.

Lawrence Castell joined WorldClaim after retiring as a Police Officer in Saratoga Springs, New York for over 28 years. Lawrence passionately determined to extend his career in public service as WorldClaim’s on location liaison both regionally and nationally. With over two decades on the police force, Lawrence has the experience and knowledge to not only manage a catastrophic event at the scene, but the ability and compassion to help the affected communities and families in their time of need.

Paul Calcagno has 30 years in the construction industry specializing in labor organization, commercial building and large upscale estates. Born in Brooklyn New York, started working in a lumberyard at the age of 13 then joined the construction union at 18 and worked in midtown Manhattan for 15 years. Paul has been a member of the WorldClaim team for 15 years as a construction consultant. He is now a licensed public adjuster and continues to use his construction expertise to adjust claims.
